Board certified medical doctor 20 years practice, Medical Society certified menopause practitioner
60-minute initial consultation — no rushed 15-minute visits
Personalized plan addressing hormones, weight, bone health, and mood together
Hi, I'm Dr. Nora Gashi
Board-certified in Internal Medicine, with more than 15 years of practice. Certified Menopause Practitioner through The Menopause Society.
I understand this transition from both sides.
When my own symptoms started, I went looking for help — and got the same response so many of my patients describe. I was told this was just a normal transition, that I needed to embrace it, that my bloodwork looked fine, that I was a healthy woman. I was in despair. Even as a physician, I couldn't get the help I needed.
It took three visits — between my gynecologist and my primary care doctor — before someone finally listened. Once I started on hormone therapy, everything changed. I was myself again.
That experience is why this practice exists. No one should have to fight that hard, or wait that long, to be heard. I built Dr. Nora Gashi Health & Wellness to give you what I had to search for: a doctor who listens the first time, and a personalized plan that treats your hormones, metabolism, sleep, mood, and sense of yourself as connected — because they are.
You don't need to be cured. You need to be heard, and then optimized.
I'd love to partner with you to help you feel like yourself again.
If this is how you feel right now — it's not "just stress" or "normal aging"
You're not imagining it. These symptoms are connected — and they're treatable.
What Real Care Looks Like
We start with what your doctor likely skipped.
A full 60-minute consultation — not a questionnaire, not a mid-level provider. A complete assessment of your symptoms, sleep, nutrition, stress, hormone history, bone health, and goals, at your pace. In-office visits include an InBody body composition scan.
You get a personalized plan, not a generic protocol.
Based on your history, symptoms, and goals, your plan may include hormone therapy, nutrition and exercise guidance, bone health and osteoporosis prevention, metabolic and cardiovascular risk management, and other evidence-based treatment — all tailored to you.
Consistent follow-up to keep your plan working.
This isn't one-and-done care. Follow-up visits let us monitor, adjust, and fine-tune your plan as your body responds.
How I Can Help
Management Personalized hormone therapy (or non-hormone options), symptom relief, and ongoing monitoring — built around your history and goals, not a generic protocol.
A medically supervised approach to weight management, including weight loss medications when appropriate, paired with nutrition and exercise guidance and regular InBody tracking to monitor real progress.
Assessment and prevention-focused care for bone density and osteoporosis risk, with nutrition, exercise, supplements, and medication when needed.
Proactive assessment of metabolic, cardiovascular, and brain health — the risks that rise during this stage of life — so we catch and manage changes early, not after they become a problem.
This transition doesn't just affect you — it affects the people close to you too. I offer sessions with your spouse or partner so they understand what you're going through and how to support you through it.

FAQ’s
-
I'll recommend a follow-up schedule based on your individual needs, and you'll have access to me between visits through secure messaging via text or our patient portal.
-
No — there's no required commitment. That said, I recommend a follow-up visit 3 months after your initial consultation, then every 6 months after that, so we can monitor how your plan is working — sooner if you need to be seen before then.
-
That's completely understandable. We'll review your personal risk profile and discuss evidence-informed options so you can make an informed decision.
-
This practice is out-of-network with insurance, so visits are billed directly to you. We'll provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.
-
Labs and prescriptions are typically covered by insurance and billed separately through your standard pharmacy and lab benefits.
